APPLICATION FORM FOR EXHIBITORS
As part of the 2019 National Golf Festival an Expo will be presented that coincide with the player registration and Welcome Cocktail Function. The event will be open and free to the public and exhibitors will be welcome to conduct sales and market their products through the event. The cocktail function starts at 20:00 when registration and the expo close.

- R1000.00 (VAT incl.) per 3m x 3m floor space (Exhibitors to supply their own infrastructure and branding).
- Electricity point: R100 extra.
- Two tickets to the official Welcome Function to the value of R500.
- Branding space for 4 tee boxes at courses of your choice during the festival to the value of R2200. Our team set-up and take-down your branding for you.
- Sales are allowed during the expo.
Exhibition stands must be set up between 10:00 and 14:30 and be completed, ready and manned by 14:30 on Wednesday, 03 July 2019.
Exhibition is taking place in the banquet hall and around the swimming pool.
Exhibition spaces allocated on a first come, first serve basis at the discretion of the organizer.
Only 20 stands available.
Exhibitors to supply their own infrastructure and branding.
Exhibition stands must be broken down entirely and all material removed between 20:00 and 23:30 on Wednesday, 03 July 2019. Any material left over will be stored at R1000 per day thereafter for which the exhibitor is liable.
The form must be signed by a competent person. By signing the exhibition application form, the booking is binding.
50% of the total exhibition fee will be invoiced upon receipt of the completed exhibition application form and is due for payment upon receipt of the invoice to guarantee the reservation.
Final payment by 1st July 2019.
50% of total exhibition fee if booking canceled before 15 June 2019.
100% of total exhibition fee will be retained thereafter.
